Lead Engineer

Lead Engineers at TRIL are crucial to the success of the business, they are well respected and valued members of the team.

A lead engineer is expected to have a thorough knowledge of installing and maintaining mobile network equipment, to include but not limited to MBNL and CTIL Projects, full feeder installation and termination for typical cable types both Andrew's and RFS, Antenna alignment, PCA Ret Control aware, full scope of testing, familiarity with the Anritsu site master across PCN technologies, handover packs on completion of jobs, CFC documentation and report filing using Excel, PDF and Word.

Lead Rigger

The Lead Rigger should possess a sound knowledge of both rigging and lifting on towers and rooftop installations, while paying close attention to ropes and blocks.

They should have a general idea and be in a position to support the lead engineer's responsibilities.

Trainee

TRIL can provide full trainee package, including all courses relative to industry needs.

Workshops and on-site training are also provided within the initial 3-6 month period in order to progress to rigger 2 position.
